Defining a Documentary

A version of reality for a target audience.
Capturing reality for an audience according to the documenters perspective (agenda).

Types of Documentary (modes)

There are 6 types of Documentary mode:

  1. Expository
  2. Observational
  3. Participatory
  4. Reflexive
  5. Performative
  6. Poetic
